Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. We will check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance carrier the following questions:
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much is my copayment per session?
- Does my company offer Employee Assistance Program? (where I do not have a copay)

Cancellation Policy
If you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
